1. The Services

AllMyWells provides software for oilfield operators to keep well and pump records, compliance items, documents, calendars, and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the Services. We may suspend access when needed to protect the Services, our customers, or other people.

Remote pump control, when a device bridge is connected, is at the operator's own risk and needs field verification. A command sent through the Services is not a substitute for confirming the physical state of the well or pump on site. You are responsible for who on your account can issue those commands and for the consequences of doing so.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including teammates who accept an invite to your company. A phone number is optional and is not required to create an account, accept an invite, or contact us. Text messages are sent only as described in the SMS section below.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
• Probe, scan, or attack systems you are not authorized to test;
• Send spam, phishing, or malware through the Services;
• Interfere with the Services or other customers; or
• Resell or misuse the Services except where we expressly allow it.

4. Customer content

You keep ownership of the well records, documents, and other content you submit. You give GODESK IO LLC permission to host and process that material only to provide the Services. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights you need to do so.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. A free trial includes up to 3 wells. Paid tiers, before tax, are: Up to 10 Wells at $75 per month or $750 per year; Up to 20 Wells at $100 per month or $1,000 per year; and Over 20 Wells at $100 per month or $1,000 per year plus $5 per additional well per month ($50 per additional well per year). Fees are described at checkout or on the pricing page before you pay. Taxes may apply. If a payment fails, we may pause the related service until it is resolved.

6. SMS / Text Messaging

AllMyWells sends text messages only if you opt in. Providing a phone number, or having someone else type a number for you, is not consent. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to create an account, accept a team invite, update settings, or submit the public contact form.

If you opt in, AllMyWells may text one-time verification codes, well and pump alerts, compliance deadline reminders, and account and billing notices. These messages are service and account notices only and never include promotions or offers.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

You can also turn text messages off in account settings. Opting out stops later messages other than a confirmation where a carrier requires one. For help, contact [email protected].

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided as available. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that equipment commands will match field conditions. To the extent the law allows, GODESK IO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and close your account.
